Key Responsibilities:
Contacting Delinquent Customers
Make outbound calls to customers with overdue payments
Interact with customers over the phone, email, or online chat in a professional manner.
Determine eligibility to company product by comparing client information to requirements.
Promote and sell company products.
Provide support to customers by answering questions and providing information.
Maintains and improves quality results by applying to standards and guidelines of company.
Accomplish sales targets.
Solve customer problems and escalate them in cases where it is necessary.
Undertake any other tasks required by the direct manager.
Maintains and improves quality results by applying to standards and guidelines of the company.
Other duties that may arise and assigned to you by your direct manager
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
Creativity and passion.
Good verbal communication and listening skills.
Strong persuasion skills.
Customer service and sales capabilities.
