Job Requirements:
Education:
- Graduated degree in a technical discipline (i.e. CIS, CS and Computer Engineering)
Experience:
- 3 - 5 years in IT technical positions in a major financial institution or in a banking solutions vendor.
- Knowledge of system integration with database , networking , backup and virtual computing environments.
- Exposure to these technologies is highlight preferred ; SAN, NAS, Dell-EMC, PowerMAX, VMAX and IBM Storage systems such as DS8K, V7K systems, Cisco MDS , SAN Brocade switches, VMware vSphere, VERTIAS NetBackup ,Veeam backup and replication.
- Development knowledge of data backup and restoration methodologies.
- Development knowledge and understanding of troubleshooting, testing, and performance tuning in Storage platforms.
- Development knowledge of storage best practices for current VMware, Windows and Linux operation systems, File systems, SQL, MySQL, Oracle, and Exchange.
- Development working knowledge of Networking, Fiber Channel concepts, and technologies.
- Good working knowledge of virtualization and/or cloud technologies e.g. VMWARE, Hyper-V, OpenShift.
- knowledge of storage best practices for current VMware, Windows and Linux operation systems, File systems, SQL, MySQL, Oracle, and Exchange.
